IMPORTANT: 

Please double check the group you are wishing to register.  From the TOP, first there is the volunteer Coaches group registration area.  Then drill down to pre K - 8th grade Boys or Girls groups.  

A US lacrosse membership of $30 per player [or $55 per coach] is required to participate in any organized lacrosse program across the US.    This will be the first transaction and then once complete will bring you right back to CMLAX site registration in progress. This is a non-refundable fee and a unique membership # can be renewed each year.   US Lacrosse will also send a magazine to your household.

Additionally, a practice pinnie will be provided to each registered player.

If you are registering several children for Boys and Girls then you can pay CMLAX once on the site.  Or you can mail check(s) to our address:  CMLAX, P.O. Box 74 Chester, NJ  07930   Please list child's name and grade on check memo.
